**★★★★★ Excellent Experience at Flanagan’s Muffler Shop – Port & Baldwin** While traveling through Corpus Christi, I suddenly had an automotive problem that needed immediate attention. Not knowing exactly what was wrong or where to turn, I stopped at Flanagan’s Muffler Shop at Port & Baldwin and spoke directly with the owner. From the beginning, I felt I was dealing with someone who was knowledgeable, experienced, and genuinely interested in helping. He took the time to listen, explain what was happening with my vehicle, and discuss my options without making me feel rushed or pressured. That honesty and transparency immediately gave me confidence that I was in the right place. They diagnosed the problem, took care of what needed to be done, and got me safely back on the road in a timely manner. When you're traveling and suddenly have vehicle trouble, having someone you can trust makes all the difference. I also appreciate that Flanagan’s is locally owned. I prefer supporting local businesses, especially when they provide the kind of personal service and fair treatment that seems to be missing in many places today. I’m genuinely thankful to the owner and everyone at Flanagan’s

Most places try to charge a lot for 10 minutes jobs. But 10/10 would recommend going here again. They got my stripped O2 sensor removed and retreaded. They also welded my exhaust pipe that had a crack on it. Good honest people.

Outstanding! The work they did for me was custom work for an old tractor. The nature of the exhaust modification I was doing was such that the work performed by Flanagan's was going to support the entire downstream exhaust system, including the muffler. Flanagan's work was excellent, exactly what I wanted and at a reasonable price. I expect to get many years of service from this system on my tractor.

I've been coming to Flanagans and recommending them for over 19 years for all exhaust needs and wants. Today was the 1st time I've been disappointed in the professionalism of its employees. I went by today to see if I could get an estimate on a completely custom exhaust system on my Sequoia. The man that I spoke with never introduced himself so I don't know his name (Sunscreen). He was very rude and short with me. Even walked away from me mid conversation and never came back. I was going to explain exactly what I wanted to do but decided not. He made me feel like what I wanted didn't matter. He gave some generic solution by swapping mufflers only (BORING). I came in for a complete custom exhaust system estimate and left with aggravation instead.

Awesome experience. Went in with my own exhaust system for my Raptor. Pricing was fair, it was $50 more than what I had been quoted elsewhere in town. I went ahead and proceeded based on the reviews it was worth the extra money spent for a job well done and in a timely manner. Dropped my truck off right at opening time and they completed the job within 3-4 hours. I would definitely recommend as this is the best place in town. Happy with the work done and customer satisfaction. They were all friendly and straightforward. Keep up the great work and customer experience guys.
